How we clean and seal

  1. Inspect

Surface type, existing sealer, stains and moisture.

  3. Treat stains

Oil, rust, mildew and organic stains are treated before sealing.

  4. Seal

A quality sealer applied on a dry, prepared surface to reduce absorption and protect color.

  5. Aftercare

Exact cure times and a resealing schedule, usually every 1 to 3 years.

FAQ

Cleaning and sealing questions

What areas do you serve?

We serve Broward and Palm Beach County, including Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Davie, Plantation, Boca Raton and the surrounding cities.

What surfaces do you clean and seal?

Driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways and more, including stamped concrete, marble and pavers.

Why clean and seal at all?

The coastal climate, humidity and salt air wear surfaces down quickly. Cleaning and sealing protect against stains, mold, mildew and weather damage and help the surface last longer.

How often should surfaces be cleaned and sealed?

Every 1 to 3 years, depending on exposure. Surfaces in direct sun or near salt water may need it more often.

Can you remove oil, rust and mildew?

Yes. We treat oil, rust, mildew and other stubborn marks. Results depend on the stain and the surface, so we evaluate first.

Do you clean and seal pool decks?

Yes. Pool deck cleaning and sealing help protect against fading and moisture absorption and keep the deck looking its best.

Is sealing necessary after cleaning?

It is what protects the surface. Clean is not the same as protected: sealing helps prevent stains, mold growth and deterioration and enhances color.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size and condition of the area. Many projects take 2 to 6 hours, and we give you a timeframe when we assess the project.

How do I get an estimate?

Call 754-219-1605 or use our contact form. We inspect the surface, explain what it needs and give you a clear estimate before any work begins.
