Keeping properties looking like the day they were built

For more than 21 years, All About Pressure Clean & Seal has kept properties in Broward and Palm Beach looking as good as the day they were built, with reliable service and quality work.

Pressure washing removes loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud and dirt from surfaces such as buildings, driveways and concrete. In Florida's climate, regular professional cleaning keeps mold, mildew and algae from taking over.

Good to know: pressure washing removes surface dirt, but it does not remove old sealer. Cloudy or failing sealer needs chemical stripping.

Our process

How we pressure wash

  1. Assess the surface

Concrete, pavers, wood, brick, marble or composite each need a different approach.

  2. Set the right pressure

Hot water up to 4,000 PSI at 8 GPM, adjusted so the surface is cleaned, not damaged.

  3. Treat stains

Oil, rust, grease, algae and mildew get targeted treatment.

  4. Rinse and inspect

We check the result with you before we leave.

  5. Protect (optional)

Sealing after cleaning helps the surface stay clean longer.

FAQ

Pressure washing questions

What cities do you serve?

Broward and Palm Beach County, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Boca Raton and the surrounding cities.

What kinds of properties do you clean?

Houses, driveways, patios and pool decks, plus commercial properties such as storefronts, garages and community areas.

What surfaces do you clean?

Concrete, wood, pavers, marble, brick and composite, each with the right pressure and technique.

How often should I schedule pressure washing?

In Florida's humidity, once a year is a good baseline to prevent mold, mildew and algae. High-traffic or coastal properties may need it more often.

Can you remove oil, rust and mildew?

We treat rust, oil, grease, algae and mildew. Results depend on the stain and surface, so we evaluate it first.

Does pressure washing remove old sealer?

No. It removes surface dirt, but old, cloudy or failing sealer requires chemical stripping, a separate process.

Do you clean and seal pool decks?

Yes. We clean concrete, paver and wood pool decks and offer sealing to help protect them.

How soon can I schedule?

Most appointments can be arranged within a few days, depending on your location and our availability.

How do I get an estimate?

Call 754-219-1605 or use our contact form. We inspect the surface, explain what it needs and give you a clear estimate before any work begins.
