Sinking, lifted and loose pavers
We find the cause, fix the base and reset your pavers so the surface is level, safe and built to last.

Why pavers move
Over time, pavers are damaged by root growth, ground shifting, poor compaction and water washing out the base. They crack, shift and lift, which hurts the look of the surface and creates trip-and-fall hazards.
A lasting repair fixes the cause, not only the pavers you can see.
Our process
Roots, drainage, downspouts or poor compaction.
Damaged pavers are removed carefully without harming the ones around them.
We rebuild and compact the base and correct water flow when possible.
Pavers are reset or replaced with matching units, leveled and aligned, with new joint sand.
A concrete border where appropriate, and optional sealing to protect the result.
